1. A non-functional jacuzzi. 2. A non-working toilet on the lower floor. 3. A strong and persistent sewer odor on the lower floor that spread throughout the entire house. 4. An unacceptably long wait for a plumber, requiring us to alter our plans and wake early to provide access. 5. Leakage from the second-floor toilet, rendering it unusable for the duration of our stay. 6. A complete absence of toilet paper upon arrival. 7. A clogged kitchen sink. 8. An unsanitary kettle that was unusable. 9. Dirty blankets with visible stains. 10. Missing bed sheets on the majority of sleeping areas, forcing us to sleep directly under a dirty blanket. 11. Issues with the amenity access keys, resulting in delays and unnecessary distress. 12. No gas available for the grill, making it unusable.Instead of spending our holiday celebrating and enjoying the property as intended, we were forced to spend a substantial portion of our stay dealing with maintenance failures, disruptions, and basic habitability issues. Nearly half of our time was spent addressing problems in a house that, in its current condition, is clearly not being properly maintained....
