« I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. The other thing I was not aware of was it's recent updates and how pleasant it was to feel like I was in a "new" place. Definately a 5 star stay! »

« Some of the staff wasn’t real helpful. You just hoped you got the helpful ones. Toilets didn’t flush unless you stood there holding the handle down until it decided to flush out. Had to redo your room card every time you left your room. Then they looked at you like you should have been leaving not staying three more nights.
Not ran as professionally as when I worked at two different ones in Ohio. »

« We were excited for our trip. Reviews on several different travel sites had this property rated in the mid to upper 8/10 stars with thousands of reviews. We walked into our room and were very disappointed. There was what appeared to be pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink had stains (easily removed with water and a paper towel). One of the beds had multiple stains on the sheets. The stains were visible with the naked eye. How could housekeeping miss all of these. I went to...
