Chapel House is located within a secure property. A code is required to enter the apartment block. Full access instructions, including the code and entry steps, will be provided 48 hours before check-in once your booking is confirmed.

🚗 Parking
We offer free on-site parking for two vehicles on the private driveway at the front of the house. Additionally, there is ample on-street parking available on both sides of Whalley Road, directly outside the property.

To ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules:

🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

A £50 fine per guest will be charged for anyone found smoking indoors.

Guests may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Tampering with fire safety equipment (e.g., smoke detectors) will result in a £200 fine, immediate eviction, and no refund.

If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building – and remember to take your keys with you to avoid being locked out.

🧹 Cleanliness & Property Condition
Please leave the apartment as you found it:

Wash all dishes and tidy up before departure.

Additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required.

👥 Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted to stay.

Any unauthorised visitors or additional guests may be charged up to £30 per person, per day at the host’s discretion.

⏰ Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM.

Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a £20 per hour charge, rounded up to the next full hour – this is at the host’s discretion.

Please keep the property locked at all times.

Return all keys and fobs to the lockbox on departure.

A £100 fee applies for lost keys or fobs.
