Upon entering, you'll find a newly updated kitchen, equipped with brand-new appliances. The spacious living room includes an 85" smart TV and a cozy propane log fireplace. Down the hall, discover the main bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, a remote work station (simply plug in your PC to get started), and an elegant bathroom that boasts a bathtub and a separate stand-up shower. Upstairs, you'll come across a comfortable loft sitting area, leading to the second queen bedroom, which also features its own remote work station and full bath with a stand-up shower.

As you descend the stairs, enjoy the convenience of motion-sensor lighting illuminating your way. To your left, a queen bedroom known as the "music room" awaits, featuring a small electric piano, guitar, and mandolin. There's also an entertaining bedroom/game room with two arcade games, a karaoke machine, and various video and board games for everyone to enjoy. This game room is equipped with a bunk bed, providing a full bed on the lower level and a twin on the upper level, connected to a full bath.

There are two sets of washers and dryers in this home. One set is upstairs and the other is on the lower floor.

This cabin is outfitted with mini-split systems in every room on the lower level for both air conditioning and additional heating during the winter months. Additionally, there’s a Generac generator to ensure uninterrupted power.

Guests will benefit from the Village Amenities, granting access to a trout pond, swimming pool, tennis, and pickleball courts from May through September, weather permitting.

Conveniently located just 11 minutes from Hatley Point ski and downhill mountain biking resort, the community is bordered by national forest and preserved land, offering over 50 miles of hiking trails, including private trail access to Big Bald—one of the most breathtaking hikes in the state, featuring 360-degree panoramic views. Please note, the cabin accommodates a maximum of 8 guests and does not allow pets. The garage is not available for vehicle parking. There is ample outdoor parking for 3 vehicles. During January and February, all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicles are required.
