The Gathering Place is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
• The Gathering Place has excellent download speeds; however, upload speeds are limited. Please keep this in mind if you plan to work remotely.
• Travel Insurance Recommended
During the winter months, we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.

• For any reservation with pets, please note that only dogs are allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed on your reservation.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
