« Heat wasn’t working, took 2nd day to get it looked at and fixed. I had to repeatedly initiate the communication about this issue. When I was finally contacted, I was told only HVAC repair person could fix it. The next day after I called and texted, a maintenance man(not hvac) showed up and did find the problem. « I stayed here 4 nights with my dog and this place is excellent value for money! Communication with host was prompt and helpful. The place was really cute, a good mix of updated and traditional. It was very clean, well equipped and super convenient for all the restaurants, shops and galleries in downtown Black Mountain. As the hosts mention in the description, this IS an old building and as such, the apartment is not perfect inside and you can sometimes hear neighbors, but the reasonable price...
