- What is the bedding configuration?
Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a king bed, and Bedroom 3 has two single beds (can`t be pushed together). We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests. Pool towels not provided.
- What consumables are provided?
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid
- How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
- Is the property pet-friendly?
No — pets are NOT allowed.
- Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair?
Children are welcome. Cot/highchair available upon request free of charge.
- Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted.
- Parking details?
Onsite secure parking is available to guests (carport).
- Where are the bedrooms located?
Bedroom 1 is situated on the second floor, and Bedrooms 2, & 3 are on the ground floor.
- What bathroom facilities are available in the property?
The property has two and a half bathrooms. Bedroom 1 includes an ensuite with a walk-in shower and toilet, while Bathroom 2 is shared and features a bathtub and walk-in shower. There is also a separate half bathroom (toilet only), with 24/7 hot water available.
- Is the property accessible for guests with limited mobility?
The property may not be fully suitable for guests with limited mobility due to the presence of stairs.

Bin collection is Monday morning — kindly place bins by the roadside on Sunday night.
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
Put all furniture back in its original positions
All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish were removed and put in the external bins.
BBQ turned off after use.
Fridge – food removed, and shelves wiped.
