Lakin’ It Easy at Lake Cumberland Resort Burnside KY 4 KING BEDS & 4 FULL BATHS

Welcome to our privately owned Lake House! Each of the four bedrooms has a King size bed and a master bathroom (shower/tub double sink and toilet) attached for maximum comfort and privacy. A hide-a-bed couch sleeps two more. On the top deck, enjoy our gas grill and lounge furniture to sit or lay in the sun with glimpses of Lake Cumberland through the wooded lot. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee, read a book, or have a glass of wine under the covered front porch in a rocking chair or on the relaxing porch swing. Take the party downstairs where a large 65” television with streaming service and a Blue Ray/DVD player are available. A coinless arcade has 300 classic games to choose from. There is an indoor kid’s clubhouse for children to play. Open the back-patio door to a large screened in porch that features an easily accessible step down into 6 person hot tub.

We had a great stay! The owner was extremely responsive and helpful when I reached out for assistance upon arrival. The cabin was spacious and extremely clean. I was surprised at how well stocked the home was. Towels, games, food items in the pantry etc. The cabin is located pretty high up in the mountains. I suggest arriving during daylight hours. But, everything was absolutely perfect

The space was perfect for us! We stayed for our Thanksgiving celebration with our two kids and their families. Our grandson loved the arcade game and the hot tub! We adults loved the hot tub too! The table was the perfect size for playing games together! The beds were very comfortable. The stairs are easy to gate to make it safe for our younger ones. The kitchen was the best! It was stocked with everything one could possibly need! Thanks so much for sharing this space!

We enjoyed our stay, it was a very nice cabin with plenty of room, King beds were a big plus and everyone enjoyed the arcade game and hot tub. It was just a bunch of friends hanging out at a cabin so we did not have any children with us but if you are planning on staying with kids there are some safety concerns (biggest one is the deck rails have big gaps and is up super high). The hot tub is in the deck which looks really nice but it was a bit tricky to get into it since it did not have anything to hold onto while stepping into it. It was pretty peaceful there and the leaves were starting to change which was really nice. We had all the basics that we needed and loved the multiple types of coffee makers. Something that was not a huge deal for us but might bother some is that you have to transport the garbage in your car to a dumpster and not a trash can/cage outside the cabin. Overall it was a well put together, very clean, nice amount of space with lots of bathrooms and big beds.

What a beautiful property this was! We loved the ensuite bedrooms and the high end finishes in the kitchen and throughout. The arcade game in the lower level was a special treat and the view from the deck is to die for. Hopefully we'll be back!

We love everything about this place. The location is awesome. It’s easy to get to you. It’s easy to communicate with the owner. Beautiful place to truely disconnect

Each year our family takes a trip to the woods as soon as school lets out. This year we traveled 5 hours to Lakin' it Easy and it was worth every minute. What a way to disconnect and just enjoy eachother. Check in and check out was a breeze and the property manager was a dream. One thing I might have missed in the description or reviews, but cell phone reception is spotty at best. It was a bonus for us but some may need to know ahead of time. Also we had severe thunderstorms our last day (which was gorgeous) but it did knock out the internet for our last evening there. Other than a dollar store you are a notable distance away from things so make sure you pack everything you need. I would absolutely recommend this property if you are looking to spend some uninterrupted time with family and friends.
