  • 3 étages 3 chambres avec mezzanine, 3. 5 maison de bain a environ 2000 pieds carrés. La maison comprend une grande salle (a un canapé-lit) avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. Il y a une salle à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée et une terrasse couverte, une cafetière Keurig. La chambre principale a un lit king avec une salle de bain complète et un bain à remous, deux chambres ont chacune un lit complet et partagent un bain Jack-n-Jill. Loft a 6 jumeaux et un bain. La maison est entièrement meublée et dispose d'une cheminée, TV écran plasma à écran plat, réseau parabolique, lecteur DVD, magnétoscope et Internet sans fil.
    Texas Hold’Em et jetons de poker. Bain à remous, barbecue au charbon de bois, laveuses, foyer. bateau maison w / ascenseur. Au sommet de la maison de bateau est un putting green.

My children loved the tree house feel and the putting green. The area has excellent kid friendly activities. The home is very cute and cozy. We were disappointed that the powder bath toilet was broken when we arrived. The cabin is pet friendly and it smelled as a pet soiled the couches and or the couch throw pillows. Our fault for not catching that it was pet friendly before hand as we did not travel with pets. We arrived the day after christmas and appreciated that the cabin was nicely decorated with a beautiful christmas tree.

The property was in a great spot, close to Kingsland and grocery stores/restaurants. Also was great to be right on the lake with beach access. A great place to stay with family or friends.

5 adults and 4 kids (7-11) had an amazing time. Beautifully kept grounds, lots of outdoor activities surrounding the lake. Already planning to come back.

Reviewer Comments: Property's general condition was good, with the exception of an air duct and electrical cord hanging out of the ceiling in one of the bathrooms in the top floor; also TV in left bedroom on second floor was not working; and a few kitchen items were left dirty by the previous family. We reported these to the front desk, and she made a note. Otherwise, everything was beautiful. This is our second visit, and we plan to return next year.

Cool Cabin in a Neat Complex

We stayed here for my husband’s 40th birthday and had a great a time! There were 12 of us total, which is definitely the max amount of adults I’d recommend to stay here. The top floor bedroom has three trundle beds that are better suited for six children than six adults, but we made it work and put two folks on the sofa bed in the living room instead. The house has comfy living quarters where we could all hang out and lots of outdoor seating for everyone. We loved the free paddle boards and easy water access for swimming/floating. The T-shirt launch on Saturday was very silly and fun, as well. Check in was a breeze and we had basically everything we needed in the house. Would definitely stay here again, maybe just with a couple less adults next time.

The Tree House was awesome, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The grounds were the same. Spent 3 days getting back to just the true beauty of nature. So peaceful and pure. At the Tree House, we were excited to share our outdoor area with a family of deer, who visited daily. Absolutely majestic! Highly recommend it for a great getaway!!

I do suggest that a few repairs be made: the ceiling fan outside of the master bedroom is half broken and bangs into the house when the wind blows and is very loud. And the sink drains need to be worked on so they drain well. And lastly - the kitchen could use another spatula - there is only a flimsy plastic one that doesn't work super great. But...I would come back here in a Texas heartbeat! It was BEAUTIFUL and a BLASt! I especially appreciated that the paddle boards and canoes are free!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property we all agreed was fantastic. For almost $800 per night I was surprised that one of the kitchen cabinets was broken off and on the floor when I arrived. A bathroom cabinet door was also broken off. Almost non of the mini blinds in the entire house worked. They were all broken or the adjustment strings were stuck or broken. I plugged in my phone for charging one night and the next day discovered that the outlet was not working. I arrived about 4:30 and was given the code to the door over the phone which was great except for my memory. I always unlock a window just in case someone gets locked out which was me. I called the office at 4:52 and got no answer and no after hours line. If I had not unlocked the window I would not have been able to access the property again for almost 3 hours. I called VRBO national headquarters and they could not find the management company either. Some of the wood inside is rough cut which is very hard to clean and if you don't like dust, well this is not the place. My family had a great time and this place is beautiful. I would recommend it for a great stay. I just thought for the price that it would be cleaner and in better shape.
