« Everything was great except parking. Who ever owns or rented the place next to us used part of our parking space so we had to park in guest parking. Would have been a bigger issue if we had not been able to use the load-unload spot next to elevators. Place a pic of the vehicle. We would stay again. Just wanted to let you know as this could be a bigger issue of your other guests. »

« Bedding and baths were clean. Leftover personal items. The entire kitchen and bath floors were sticky, there was pizza boxes, leftover food in pantry and the appliances were not clean. The furniture was in disrepair and stained as well as the rug. Many photos and reports were made with no response. The access code did not work upon arrival. Suggesting remove all food, including old spices and any old coffee creamers or coffee. Deep clean appliances/cabinets, replace vent filter,...

« When we first walked in to the condo, it reeked of cigarettes. The return air vent, above the refrigerator, was absolutely filthy! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years! The condo said it would sleep 5, which is how many we had, with the 3rd bed being the couch. There were no linens, blankets, anything for the couch. Fortunately, we brought a couple of blankets.
