-According to fire and safety regulations this house has a house limit of 15 people after 11pm all visitors must vacate the premises.

-No smoking or pets inside the house

-Quiet hours are from 10pm – 9am

-Backyard access is up until 10pm

-Check in is after 4pm early check in can only be confirmed on the day of arrival.

-Check out is 11am. Late check out can only be confirmed by 9pm on the night before departure. Any check out after 12pm will result to a charge of $50 unless confirmation with host the night before.

-Depending on the dates of your stay you may be required to put out or bring in garbage bins

-Please do not move furniture to prevent property damage.

Garbage:

-Less than 2 days; 2 bags
-Less than 4 days; 3 bags
-Less than 7 days; 5 bags

Any additional garbage beyond the limit will incur a $100 charges.
