« This hotel needs a complete overhaul. I should’ve looked at the Google reviews and not just Expedia reviews. I would have noticed that there have been elevators that are not functional for over four months now. That’s ridiculous! « The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. « My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. « Breakfast was less than average and very expensive for counter service. Don't call it granola if all you do is break up a commercial granola bar. Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in.
