A $75 fee per night applies if you'd like to pool heated for the duration of your stay.

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ LIABILITY WAIVERS ★
You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of pool/hot tubs is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the pool/hot tubs. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the pool/hot tub and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of pool/hot tubs may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the pool/hot tub if a person has health risks, or if a person swims while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the pool/hot tub. All Guests acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.

Smoke Removal Fee: $600.
Violating our no party rule can result in immediate eviction without a refund and an additional $500 clean up fee
