« This hotel is a fantastic time warp into Zimbabwe's colonial past. It simple oozes with charm and is a museum in itself. Execellent food and delightful staff. Thanks for your welcome »

« Great customer service Hot water supply seems to be an ongoing issue »

« Excelente hotel.

« Very helpful staff and the place is clean. The only issue is that the place is under renovation. It is in town center making it easy to walk around and to the shops without a need to use a car. Overall the place is good but for those who want a quiet environment it can be a bit difficult because of the loud music from the bar »

« I was turned away from this property because" they have no way of getting their money from expedia. The lady, though only spoke to staff and did not want to speak to me directly sounded very rude »

« House was clean »

« Great boutique lodge in Bulawayo. Property staff was very accommodating and hospital. Great convenient location within 10 min of city centre and secured gated parking with 24 hour guard. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool. »

« The place is well maintained both in the unit and outside. Very peaceful environment. They also have an excellent breakfast which is very filling. The hosts were friendly and very helpful with any requests I made. I would go back to stay with them next time I am in Bulawayo. »

« Getting dstv channels will help. Some of us love watching news and Premier soccer league. »

« Great place to stay, quiet and comfortable »

« That's the most dirty property not fit to be a BNB »
