« The property had a beetle and cockroach problem. Notified the host three times with no response. The beds were little more than an American bed box springs. Then the unit had a water leak and we spent half the day with no running water. Requested to have them move us to another unit but they didn't do this until the next day. The new unit was much nicer there were no bugs and comfortable beds. But we only got moved to the new unit because of the water leak. Not because if the other issues...

« Security staff was friendly. Pool is free and inclusive but shower at the pool area does not have water. Toilet is stinky and dirty. There is a nice view of Manila bay, but the smell of Manila bay from the pool is really nasty. The unit was advertise as exclusive but has barely any kitchen wares. The only pot and 1 wok is very dirty. Floors were very greasy. The unit is dusty. The 2 bedrooms were advertized with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed, but it was just 1 queen, 1 double and no sofa bed.
