Nearby highlights include the Mall of Georgia (shopping, dining, movie/entertainment), downtown Buford and Buford Dam/Lake Lanier recreational access a few miles north, and several parks and local restaurants along Buford Drive and Satellite Boulevard. The vibe is family-friendly, quiet evenings, with easy access to big-box shopping and regional dining a short drive away.

Car is the most convenient way to get around; the site has direct access to local roads and is a short drive to I-985/I-85. Ride Gwinnett (Gwinnett County transit) runs bus routes in the area with connections to Doraville MARTA station and regional hubs (check current route maps/schedules). For travel into downtown Atlanta or other metro destinations many guests combine a Ride Gwinnett bus to a MARTA rail station (Doraville) or use ride-hail services (Uber/Lyft). Biking/walking is practical inside the neighborhood but not for most trips to shopping or attractions.

This is the side unit of a house that is divided into three separate private units. The front and back units have their own private entrances and parking, and are rented separately. You will not share any interior space, kitchen, laundry or patio with them. This property includes security features, such as smart locks and exterior security cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. The exterior cameras face the driveway and entrances only, never any interior or private outdoor space.

➤ Long-Term Stays: For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in.
