PETS:
Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $150 per pet, per stay, applies in addition to the cleaning fee. If you plan to bring a pet other than a dog, please provide details when booking.
CHILD SAFETY:
While families are welcome, the home is NOT childproof. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Please note:
- Cabinets and drawers do not have child locks.
- The backyard contains an in-ground swimming pool and direct creek access.
- There are no gates or barriers separating children from the pool or creek.
By booking this property, guests acknowledge these conditions and accept responsibility for supervising children and ensuring their safety.
SWIMMING POOL:
The pool is not heated and is typically available seasonally from June through mid-September, weather permitting. Pool availability, water temperature, and weather conditions cannot be guaranteed.
For stays longer than 2 nights, we may need to briefly access the property to service the pool. Pool maintenance generally takes approximately 15 minutes and may require access to the backyard and garage area. Whenever possible, advance notice will be provided.
CREEK ACCESS:
The property sits directly on a deep-water creek suitable for kayaking and boating. If you plan to bring a boat, please contact us in advance.
LAUNDRY:
The washer and dryer are not available for guest use. Several laundromats and laundry services are located nearby.
ID REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN:
Check-in instructions and door access codes will be provided after receipt of a valid government-issued photo ID. The name on the ID must match the reservation. All adult occupants are required to provide identification prior to check-in.
CAMERAS:
For security purposes, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance and rear deck. Cameras record video and audio 24/7. There are no cameras inside the home.
Tampering with, obstructing, or disabling security equipment is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the reservation and additional charges.
HOUSE RULES:
