Perfect spot for a Bills Game weekend

Nice, clean and simple.

The space was nice and enough room for six people. Grocery store was a 10 minute walk away which was very convenient. Kitchen was well stocked. Space was clean.

Great stay in a quaint neighborhood

Amazing Stay - Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time staying at Matt's place. It was clean, had great amenities, awesome backyard and patio for the kids and a convenient location. We'll be back!

It's clear the owners have put time and energy into this property to make it a home away from home. Matt was friendly, helpful and extremely prompt in his responses. He even accommodated an earlier check in time for our convenience. Would absolutely stay here again...this time for longer!

Our host Matt was amazing!!! Attentive and punctual with any questions. We arrived the day before Easter and on the last minute decided to host a small dinner at the flat for 8 guests. Matt went out of his way to accommodate

Matt was a great host and gave us some great recommendations for around Buffalo! Property had everything we needed and was walking distance to a lot of good spots! Fun trip!!

Location was great right near downtown place was clean and Matt was responsive with any questions I had this was a last minute booking thank you for accepting my stay.
