Delightful experience. Easy check-in, with very explicit instructions. Lovely cozy place with fully stocked kitchen. Very comfy beds. Tons of extra towels (I love that!) Half bath downstairs really helps. Sparkling clean. Great location, with shops and food nearby. Parking in the driveway is a terrific bonus. Fast and pleasant response from host to my questions. The basement is not fully finished, we ended up not sleeping down there, but the extra space (bedroom and sitting area) were great to have. Highly recommended and I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Fun trip to Buffalo

The lads and I stayed here to see a football game. Had a great weekend. Was very comfortable in the house and the location made it easy to get anywhere around the city.

Property was exactly as described. Clean, welcoming, nicely decorated, and very comfortable to stay at. The perfect amount of space for me and my friends to enjoy a nice weekend. Not too far from nearby points of interest and the guest book on the table was very informative and helpful in suggesting places to go and things to do. Would definitely visit again!

Moms birthday

Mom turned 90 and my siblings wanted to celebrate her in Buffalo..did the biffalo tiki tours out pf Riverside and casi o and dinnwr at chefs...everything was sooo close...the place was amazing...lots of room and amenities!!! Def would stay again..easy entry too!!!

Convenient Stay near downtown Buffalo

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this location. There was plenty of space. We appreciated the host's thorough directions and book of recommendations. It was easy to get around from this location. Overall the cleanliness was okay, but we did have to wipe down the bathroom from the previous guests. We didn't pay a cleaning fee, so we understood there might be a little tidying up.

Only one small complaint: if you’re planning to go in the winter, the basement is not heated so anyone sleeping down there will probably be chilly.

Perfect for our needs

The property was just as described and listed on Vrbo. Check in process was easy. House was clean. We were in town for back to back concerts. Love being able to hang out prior to heading to the shows. The kitchen being stocked allowed us to cook simple meals (breakfast) and save on going to restaurants. If the need to stay in Buffalo came up again, we would without a doubt book this property again!
