« We came to Flippin to relax, kayak, and do a little fishing. We had 4 adults, a teen, and an 11 yr old. This home was the perfect set up. We had plenty of room to let the kids play around and the adults relax. Sandy was a great host from check-in to check- out. She made sure we had everything we needed, answered questions we had about the river access, and even came out to make sure everything was okay after a storm. We have only good things to say about our stay! »

« The cabin is an ideal retreat for two with a stunning view of the river. We enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking coffee with breakfast in the morning, snacking a quick bite outdoors for lunch, and grilling steaks on the deck with a Bud for him and a glass of wine for me at dinner. Fishermen in their boats drifting by, water birds and eagles soared above the river, and song birds twittered in the trees. Indoors was comfortable and cozy. One night we watched a storm roll in from over the mountains...

« This is a great place for a group. This is the second time our family has stayed here for a trout fishing weekend. The guides pick us up at the riverside at the back of the house - great location! The house is clean, nicely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. We really enjoy this place. »

« We had a super good time on the White River. My husband caught a really nice Brown Trout upon arrival. The place was spotless!! It does take a 4x4 and Kenneth was very upfront about that. Front wheel drive will work too. Great get-a-way. It needs a cutting board and the upstairs king bed needs a mattress, but that is the only thing missing. We had such a great time. Three couples between 49 and 65 and it had everything. Loved it. »

« The cabin was a wonderful getaway. We didn't spend much time in our cabin due to our reason for being rhere was fishing, but it was quaint, quite, and comfortably. Loved this place and highly recommend. »
