With capacity for up to 25 people, the house is divided into 4 units offering seven bedrooms with single beds that can be converted to a double bed and sofa beds, making it the perfect place for families or groups of friends.



There are 4 fully equipped kitchens, perfect for those who enjoy cooking at home, while the large terrace with barbecue and private pool is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the sun and summer nights. In addition, the house has two four bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms for greater comfort.



Located just 400 meters from Plaza Serrano (Cortazar), the heart of Palermo Soho, this neighborhood is home to some of the best restaurants, bars, and nightclubs in the city. And for greater peace of mind, access to the house has security cameras.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Getting Around:

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
