We stayed here twice because it was the only option at the time in the area we wanted to stay.
The cons:
The check-in and check-out process was incredibly frustrating. There is no physical person present, so they requested my passport details and payment for additional unexpected fees via WhatsApp. We also had to proactively ask for the Wifi password; it was not offered in the course of the conversation. Then they sent the keys through an Uber courier which took 20-30 minutes to arrive each time, while we stood outside. Similarly, to give the keys back, we either had to coordinate a time to meet with a cleaning person or send the keys via Uber courier.
We stayed in three rooms total over two stays, and each room had one or multiple problems. One room's balcony sliding door would not lock, two rooms' showers were visibly dirty (hair and shampoo drips), one room smelled strongly of old cooking oil, one air conditioner dripped, one toilet's flush buttons were broken, one room's wifi password did not work, one room's dining chairs were broken and collapsed when sitting in them, one room had no toilet paper.
The pros:
The pool area was very nice.
The rooms which were at the end of a hall or which were not facing the street were decently quiet.
The rooms contained a kitchenette with some dishes and pots.
