Due to construction work in front of the apartment, you may hear noise during the day within the permitted working hours of 7 am to 5:30 pm. However, this will not prevent you from resting well at night. Please consider this before booking. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the wonderful area of Palermo Soho, one of the favorite sub-zones (unofficial) within the popular Palermo neighborhood, the largest in BsAs. It is one of the most vibrant areas of the city, as it integrates a variety of spaces and proposals to enjoy where you will never have time to get bored but to relax with a glass of wine. Palermo Soho is characterized by its "trendy" streets where fashion and trend are breathed, its bars, street art, young movement, craft fairs, and squares with events, themed places for all tastes and budgets. It is integrated with Palermo Viejo, called so by the neighbors

Getting Around:

This Accommodation is located four blocks from Avenida Santa Fe. With many bus line options (here called "colectivos") that connect to all points in the city.



The nearest Metro (Subway) station to the apartment is 4 blocks away, located on Av. Santa Fe, Palermo D station, green line.

You will find a variety of places to walk, buses to the Center, to nearby areas. You can also move around the city with App Drivers like Uber, Cabify, or Didi.



Other Things to Note:

- We have a Travel Crib service, upon request, with sheets included for an additional fee. Let us know if you need it and we will confirm availability.

- We recommend using Google Maps to find nearby parking, gas stations, and if you want to use public transportation, it is a great option.
