« The property was super convenient. The rooms were clean, just a bit dated. The light in the bathroom is also connected to a fan so it was loud and not a very peaceful soak in the tub. The AC was not working but I did not tell the staff, so possibly an easy fix. We opened our window and it cooled down quickly. Staff was very courteous and helpful. »

When we came down at 8:30 to get breakfast and checkout there was no coffee in the breakfast area or lobby and they were out of eggs and waffle batter. « This was a beautiful hotel and a great location for our three day stay in Buena Vista for my family of four. The beds were very comfortable and the staff very friendly. The onsite restaurant was also very good and not too outrageously priced. However, I do feel like some functionality was sacrificed for aesthetics. For example, our room in the chateau had no comfortable place to sit other than the bed. It would be nice to have a club chair or upholstered bench so that all four of us could watch...
