This is an upstairs garage apartment, reached by stairs only.

Guest Access:
You'll have the full apartment: kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom and laundry room. This is a garage apartment; the owner lives in the main house year-round and uses the garage, so the garage is not part of the rental.

The Neighborhood:
Mountain views surround the apartment, and there's an open field right outside your door, perfect for a dog walk or a stroll. Downtown Buena Vista's shops, restaurants and live music, the golf course, kayaking and Mt. Princeton Hot Springs are all close by, with hiking, biking and skiing nearby.

Getting Around:
The apartment is 2 miles from downtown Buena Vista. A car is recommended, but you can also walk or bike to town using the bike lanes and nearby trails. Parking is on the street, plus one spot in the driveway in front of the unit.

Other Things to Note:
• Upstairs unit with stair-only access.
• Pets welcome: $125 pet fee per stay. Please note on your reservation that you're bringing a pet so the fee can be added. Please pick up after your pet and keep pets off the furniture.
• No air conditioning, like most Buena Vista homes. Ceiling or portable fans are provided. Opening windows at night and closing them in the morning helps a lot.

Interaction with Guests:
We're in town if you need us, but we'll leave you to enjoy your stay unless you need something. We hope you love your time in BV!
