Welcome to Tir Ha Mor a spacious home in Upton near Bude, Cornwall with amazing countryside views and just 500 metres from the coast path and sea. With five bedrooms, generous living spaces and a large rear garden, the house is well suited to families and groups looking to explore the North Cornwall coast.



Downstairs, there is a comfortable living room, along with a separate snug and office providing additional space to relax or work. The large kitchen diner is the main hub of the house with plenty of room for everyone and doors opening onto the rear garden. This room also features two ceiling Bluetooth speakers for guest use. There is also a useful utility room and a downstairs WC.



The large rear garden provides plenty of outdoor space for relaxing, dining and children to play, and is easily accessible from the kitchen diner. Parking is available at the property for up to 5 cars and a garage with storage available for beach equippment.



Upstairs Tir Ha Mor has five bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to ten guests. Two bedrooms have super king double zip link beds, which can be configured as singles on request and two have king sized double beds. The fifth bedroom has adult sized bunk beds which are ideal for children but can also be used by adults. There are three bathrooms upstairs, two of which are ensuite. Two of these have both bath and shower, and the third a walk- in shower.



Tir Ha Moor is situated in Upton, just outside Bude, offering a quieter setting while being within easy reach of the town and coast. Bude is known for its sandy beaches, coastal walks and relaxed seaside atmosphere. Summerleaze and Crooklets beaches are popular spots for swimming and sunbathing, while the South West Coast Path offers spectacular walks along the coastline. Bude also has a good selection of independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, as well as the Bude Canal, which is ideal for a leisurely stroll.



Further afield, the North Cornwall coast offers plenty to explore, including Boscastle, Tintagel and Port Isaac. There are also numerous beaches, coastal walks, gardens and historic attractions to discover throughout Cornwall and neighbouring Devon, making Tir Ha Mor a great base for exploring the wider area.



The EV charger can be used for free during off-peak hours (00.30 to 05.30).
