« The accommodation was great, clean, spacious and well equipped. The host was excellent at communicating with me and the location was ideal for visiting Bude. I took my dog and the outside area whilst not on the same level as the accommodation - could have done with a spruce up - was handy. No complaints though sprucing up the exterior would only just make it extra perfect. »

« Living area was great, wonderful views and plenty of space. Easy walk to the beach. Would have preferred proper showers rather than wet rooms but can't complain we all thoroughly enjoyed staying there with lovely comfy beds. »

« As there is a check out time of 9.30 and check in time of 4pm I would expect the property to be ready for us. The hot tub was being filled at 4pm and was cold it was not close to warm by the following day. But worse was the thick layer of brown scum around the edge. Paying £350 for what is effectively one day and two nights with no hot tub is very poor value There was also a leak in the property in the kitchen and a very wet patch of carpet which I think might have been from the bath leaking »

« This apartment was in a good location, not far from the beach . No real views but you can hear the sea! Small balcony was the only ‘air’ or access to air. No other windows opened, so it felt very much like a hotel room/suite. No ventilation to bedrooms/bathrooms… Manager responded quickly when we found ourselves in suffocating heat - 25degrees!
