GARDEN SPA RESORT - A private apartment with heated pool, terrace, and garden.

Garden Spa Resort apartment is located in Budapest, in the 22nd district - (in South Buda), in a quiet, suburban garden area. It's a fully renovated and air-conditioned house - with 2 floors with 70 sqm in total + a 40 sqm covered terrace, + nice garden, + premium outdoor heated pool, sunbathing, baking and cooking facilities - with all the necessary equipment for you. ( There is a third floor at the bottom ( garage ), which is held for the owner. It has a totally separate entrance, so it will not bother your holiday time. )

On the middle floor, there is a big living room with a 4K smart TV, a kitchen, and a separate bathroom with optional RGB lights. From this floor, you can go out to the covered, 40sqm terrace + garden and outdoor pool.

On the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms, a washbasin, and a balcony.
All our double beds are in a king size with premium mattress 180 cm x 200 cm.

The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a 1-20 day stay, including cooking possibilities in 2 places (kitchen + terrace) with a dishwasher, microwave, mixer, kettle, sandwich maker, toaster, cutlery, and even ironing, etc. as well. If you would like to wash your clothes, we are here to help you in this too.

The breakfast is SELF-SERVICED. We provide you a fully loaded fridge that includes meat, cheese, butter, bread, milk, vegetables, yogurt, fruits, beers, water, etc. - and your booking price includes it - if you choose that option. This apartment is recommended for those who are looking for a nice, relaxing place, quite far from the center's noise. Any kind of party is NOT allowed on this property. Inviting friends and / or escort girls are also NOT allowed. Smoking is permitted on the roofed terrace only. We kindly ask you to keep this rule in this silent area. Thank you.

Pool temperature is between 25-31 celsius from 1st of April - to end of October. From October to April, pool is still open, but the water temperature is between 5-15 celsius.

Campona Shopping Center is less than 1 km away. Lidl and Aldi's stores are 500m away, and Tesco is 800m away. The center of the city is 14 km away, available by car in less than 30 mins.

Parking is in the street its free, or you can also put your car or bike inside of our garden for a small fee. Garden Spa Resort is a favorable place to enjoy your holiday or business time.
