Our chic and elegant 80 sqm apartment was completely refurbished lately and is fully equipped to make you feel like home. Its central location in the iconic 13th district provides easy access to all main tourist attractions by public transportation, to some even by short walk (Parliament, river Danube or the Margaret Island). This spacious flat is ideal for couples, families or friends with its big double bed, bunk bed and king-size pull out coach. It's a good choice for business travellers too.

This is the place if you need a classy, comfortable and spacious apartment for only a few days or for a longer period. Besides couples, families and friends, its location makes it convenient for business travellers. The apartment has two balconies.

The apartment is equipped with the following hotel style amenities:
- shower gel;
- shampoo and conditioner;
- 1 big and 1 medium towels / person;
- 1 tea towel;
- bathmat;
- dry cleaned fresh bed linen;
- further vanity items (e.g., make-up removal, cotton pads, ear-plugs, etc.);
- high speed internet;
- some international TV channels;
- can stream Netflix, Prime Video, and other channels using your own account.

Please note that I work with a company that provides the freshly cleaned and ironed bed linen+towels and I have only the above amounts available at the apartment. I am happy to change linens and provide housekeeping on request at reservations longer than 6 days, once in every 7 days of your stay.
