Our second stay at this Marriott was disappointing after our first excellent visit. The issue is that the onsite services are poorly managed. Our room was not cleaned properly each day, even after reporting the issue to the front desk. My wife ultimately tracked down the room service person and tipped her to get it done. Sadly, she still could not get it right. Going to breakfast was an adventure because the person checking in guests for the buffet works off a hand written list that she rarely deciphered correctly. I suppose we will look for a different 5 star hotel next time.
