For those arriving by car, parking is available on the streets in the surrounding area, although it is subject to fees. Alternatively, parking garages are conveniently located just a short walk away, providing convenience and security for your vehicle.

To maintain a clean and fresh living space, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. However, a designated smoking area is provided outside the property for guests who smoke.

Regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets in the apartment.
