Designed with warmth and comfort in mind, this newly built home features soothing sage greens, soft blues, and curated artwork that creates a calm, homely atmosphere from the moment you step through the vaulted entryway.

A Spacious & Comfortable Layout

The home offers 3 generous bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for guest use (one additional bedroom and the garage remain locked off). Each space has been designed to balance comfort, practicality, and style:

Master Suite – A peaceful retreat featuring a queen bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, and an impressive walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 – Also equipped with a queen bed, ideal for couples or adult guests.
Bedroom 3 – A cozy room with a full bed, perfect for children, teens, or solo travelers.
The heart of the home is the large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, arranged in an L-shaped design that provides a natural sense of separation while still keeping everyone connected. Whether preparing dinner, sharing family meals, or unwinding in front of the TV, the space feels open yet inviting.

A generous laundry room adds convenience for longer stays or guests travelling with families.

Outdoor Relaxation

From the dining area, step out onto the covered porch, furnished with comfortable seating and a coffee table—an ideal spot for morning coffees, evening conversations, or simply enjoying the fresh Texas air. The porch opens onto a small grassy garden, offering a peaceful outdoor space for children to play or adults to relax.

Sweetwood & Cinnamon is perfectly positioned for guests looking to explore Central Texas. The property is close to grocery stores, cafés, shopping, parks, and everyday essentials, with easy access to the I-35 corridor.

25–30 minutes to Austin – Live music, festivals, restaurants, and city attractions.

Your Home Away From Home

Whether you’re visiting for the holidays, exploring the region, or travelling for work, this home offers the perfect balance of warmth, style, and convenience.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
