« Pet friendly place, exceptional clean and updated. Bed was very comfortable, fenced back yard a plus. Older home, clean and comfortable, does have a few quirks like most older homes, drawers that might not open, etc. neighborhood is older, but quiet. Not more than 10 minutes from big grocery store and shops. Only downside is one bathroom, but the shower water pressure is great. Would recommend installing a lighted magnifying makeup mirror with a swing arm for the ladies as the bathroom lighting...

« The floors were filthy when we arrived. After messaging the host, he had them cleaned. It should have been clean when we arrived. Thermostat kept changing itself back to a warmer temperature each day while we were gone. So we came back to a warm unit. There were ants in the kitchen that got into our dogs’ food dish. No hair dryer or broom, even though those things were listed as amenities. »

« Communication with the host was great. House was clean and quiet. Inside had nice furnishings. Location was convenient outside of KC but not a bad drive and also close to Independence. Easy check out with minimal "chores " which was great. »

« Beautiful property. Very short stay so we really only utilized the house to sleep. We visited on the patio area through the evening. 4 baby deer came up from the wood line to visit. The host was very prompt in answering any questions we had through the booking process. »

« Owner was very communicative, even well before our stay. The house was everything we needed! We had the best Cousin's Summer Get together. The backyard is perfectly set up to relax and watch the kids play. The kitchen is definitely set up to accommodate cooking for multiple families and spacious enough that we didnt feel claustrophobic with so many of us staying at the same time. We will have to stay again sometime! Thank you again! »
