Room contains a bare minimum:no 2nd pillows,no extra chair ,no mirror,no hairdryer.I had to ask for them to provide the hairdryer in the morning.
The minibar is not working ,bottles are warm,no any drinking water .the air conditioner doesn’t work,2hangers in the wardrobe.
The only good thing is bathroom:room nicely done,modern,excellent shower.
Reception’s service is poor,couldn’t provide any information,such as where is the nearest bank machine .
I’ve booke and paid for twin room with 2 single bed,received double bed room .
They’ve promised to rectify it first thing in the morning,however nothing been done about it.
Breakfast was disappointing:although the food range was ok,no service whatsoever,1coffee machine ,queue to make coffee /tea ,1toaster.
The food trays are not replenish in time.
Just be careful-it is not a 4star hotel service or amenities.
