Très bon séjour
Hôtel très bien placé, à quelques pas d'une station de métro. La chambre était très propre. La douche installée de telle façon que de l'eau arrive partout dans la salle de bains. Le petit-déjeuner laissait un peu à désirer (peu de choix, il était certes un peu tard, mais ça serait sympa de laisser le choix même à ceux qui se lèvent un peu plus tard).

Good hotel.
Nice soundproof room with very good bed and pillow ( for the back and cervicals) Breakfast is nice and various. Unfortunately the restaurant close quite early. Staff is helpful and smiling.

Das Hotel ist super, alle freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereich. Es ist neu, die Zimmer super eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Apartement für 3 Personen, ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcoauch. Sehr günstig. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, sehr guter cafe etc. Sehr schöne Gegend, Park nebenan. UBahn haben wir nicht benutzt. Was recht teuer war, 15 euro pro Tag für einen Zwergspitz. 3 Übernachtungen 45 Euro. Das Hotel hatte ja keine Arbeit mit dem Hund.

I think the hotel was close (~1km) from a Carrefour supermarket where you could do shopping and eat. It was also close from a train station where you could go to city center. The parking was small and didn't have much space for many cars. The rooms were reasonably good in terms of comfort. The bad things were: not much space to put your clothes, it took a long time to understand how to use the safe and there were no rails or curtains for the shower, meaning that whenever you had a shower, it would flood the whole bathroom (terrible).

Ein modernes Hotel mit guter Preis-Leistung
Ein schönes und modernes Hotel in der Nähe der Universität. Für 3 Sterne Hotel ein gutes Frühstück. Im Zimmer eine Yoga-Matte und eine Warmflasche. Die Klima-Anlage hat sehr gut funktioniert und war leise. Das W-LAN war auch sehr gut. Schöne Umgebung, mit der U-Bahn ist die Altstadt schnell zu erreichen.

Unexpected surprises!
First impression, good. Last one, not a very good one. Place is clean, friendly staff working great on maintaining the place. Stayed in 3 rooms. All have a humming noise, at night even at 7th floor, due to ventilation system for restaurant below. Waking up with a big headache as a result. One day, no hot water. Last day, left at 530AM without the possibility of taking a shower because of no hot water! Be prepared of surprises. Asked to be contacted about a reservation, no one gets back to you. Not even Hotels.com can get in touch with them. Hopefully they'll let me know when problems are fixed for a surprise free stay!

Ich war für eine Nacht in dem Hotel und war im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden. Verbesserungsfähig wären jedoch auf jeden Fall die Kaffeemaschine, welche für eine Tasse Kaffee ca. 1,5min brauchte, sowie die Brötchen welche so hart aufgebacken waren, dass man sie kaum schneiden konnte. Weiterhin stellte sich mir die Frage, welchen Sinn es macht, einen Zimmersafe zu haben der frei im Zimmer steht und somit komplett mitgenommen werden kann?? Sehr fand ich die kostenlosen Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, sowie in der Tiefgarage und dass es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung einen kleinen Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants gibt.

Avoid if possible
Better options in the city, best to avoid. Service is poor, parking limited and although available the security had us pull out of the available spot to make room for a "bus" that never really arrived. Not only that we've been told the car which later parked on the spot we were asked to vacate was someone from the hotel management. It was still parked in same spot next day in the morning. Shower doesn't drain properly and smells like mold. Would not stay here again.

Nice and comfortable, few things to improve
Nice and comfortable hotel, pleasant area, close to metro station. Bed was really comfortable, the breakfast was absolutely great. At the same time few things puzzled me: the hot water came after 4-5 minutes running (only second floor), before that it was lukewarm, on the far left; The thermoregulator was showing Er2 all the time, it was quite warm still, so I did not need it but it looks like it was not working correctly; I booked a suite for one person but beside the double bed, the sofa was also open, with linen and towels - so I could not use the sofa, as I wanted.

Loved this hotel so much New clean Helpful team members The room was so big and even had yoga mat in the room The shower is grand new and good water pressure Close to supermarket, metro station, shopping center just 600m from the hotel
