« The hotel was amazing and the staff was very nice, but I think for the new employees should have better training. I have already booked a room and I walked up to say I would like to check in; not “May I book a room?”. And the front desk lady had asked me to pay for a room. She then had to call her manager about it and then tells me that she is new and she didn’t know about Expedia. Then they tell me that they were not able to help refund the money and wait for the manager. »
