The Villa is a 2 story Villa with the upstairs suite being a bachelor suite used by our long term resident, he works in a hotel in Punta Mita in a management position and works full time, he only comes home to rest and recharge, very important to be a good neighbor and avoid being loud after 10 PM, we appreciate your understanding and respect on this matter.
