« I had a really nice two night stay. Communication was excellent and always timely. Staff went above and beyond to respond.
The place was clean, the amenities were as described, the property was in a quiet area that was walkable and safe.
I would stay here again, especially for what I paid. Great value. »

« The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel. »
