The space
Welcome to our home, an Aggie family’s own place in a quiet Bryan neighborhood, about 10 minutes from Kyle Field. We’re away for the fall and would rather have good folks enjoying it than see it sit empty.

Room for 10:
• Primary bedroom with a queen
• Second bedroom with a queen and a desk
• Third bedroom with a full
• Two bedrooms with twin bed, one with a couch and one with a a desk
• Four comfortable sofa’s across the living spaces

The open living, dining, and kitchen all flow together, with a dining table that seats everybody and a big TV for the away games. There’s also a den for a cozy place for a quieter moment.

Outside, the fenced backyard has a picnic table, grill, and corn hole for morning coffee and postgame hangs. Inside you’ll find a full kitchen with a coffee bar, fast WiFi, full-size washer and dryer, fans in the bedrooms, board games, and phone-controlled AC for those warm September Saturdays.

Guest access
You’ll have the entire home and the driveway (parks 4, with free street parking for more). Three spaces are owner storage and stay locked: the garage, downstairs closet, and one bedroom closet. Everything you need is in the house.

Other things to note
This is our family’s primary home, so we keep it in great shape and ask you to treat it like your own.

For everyone’s safety and privacy, there are exterior security cameras (doorbell, driveway, and backyard). The garage, downstairs closet and one bedroom closet are locked owner storage.

House rules are simple: no parties or events, no smoking anywhere on the property, quiet hours after 10pm, and a maximum of 10 guests. Treat the neighbors well, it’s a quiet street.
