« Pas d’eau chaude pour 3 jours. On a demandé à 3 reprises que ce soit réglé sans succès. Très décevant et incompréhensible pour une chaîne appartenant à Marriott. »

« Femme de chambre extraordinaire pour la room 205 suite non fumeur. Je crois qu'elle s'appelle Luz, J. Merciiiii. Tout était formidable(déjeuner, stationnement, lit confortable, nos cadeaux (eau). C'était notre première expérience avec l'hôtel. C'est une catégorie supérieure à l'hôtel que nous prenons habituellement (hampton inn). Je suggère cependant d'allonger l'heure du déjeuner jusqu'à 10h la semaine. »

« The room is not renovated like in the photos. We took the suite for that reason, but don't waste your money, it's nothing more than extra flooring. Everything is ruined, mirror broken, the bathroom door doesn't close, the handle is so disgusting that we had to put a towel on it to touch it, the sink only gives hot water, we had ants, in short, a place to forget. The positive note is the very courteous staff and the beds which are very comfortable. »

« Check-in was the worst. Clerk couldn’t handle the Expedia reservation and called them idiots. It took us an hour to get a room. It was stressful, awful. Super convenient to the airport. They get five stars for convenience. Room was small compared to Titusville. We just needed a place closer to the airport and this place fit the bill. »

« On est accueilli dans la chambre par des blattes dès notre arrivée dans la chambre 305 pour être précis. Je déteste cet insecte. Il faut vérifier si c’est pas généralisé dans l’immeuble. »
