I tried communicated and asking if my night could be changed. My moms diabetes got uncontrolled and was in E DKA. we stayed three nights four days. I’ve been exhausted, I tried communicating both Expedia and the hotel
None tried to help me. I am disappointed and lost $100. I had planned a night away for Monday night not even a busy night at that. I tried canceling since Saturday night. I had tried canceling but after Friday at a certain time it could not allow me. I was in a bad situation, I lost money, did not check in. God bless at least I did not lose my mother, she made it out of the hospital!! Thank the lord, you guys were stressing me out more tbh instead of maybe being a light in’s dark tunnel definitely made it worse. You should work on customer service especially for moments that are out of control
