« We booked for a last minute short getaway. The best feature of the property was the convenient beach access. The unit was quiet, clean, and appeared to be recently updated. The futon was uncomfortable to sleep on for an adult. We would book again but would probably bring an air mattress. It's probably fine for small kids. Highly recommend for a short beach getaway. »

« Great location. Very close to beach. The A/C unit cooled pretty well. Was not expecting de-humidifier which ran constantly and was louder than the A/C unit. Even with blinds and curtains shut a lot of light came in room from the exterior lighting. No bathroom sink was rather awkward. Never seen that before. The shower was updated and very nice. We definitely appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. »

« The room it self was fine just as it was described aside from the Internet not working but we didn't mind that. The only issue we had was the residents in the other rooms were less than friendly, this isn't anything the room owner could help. I'm assuming they have had a bad experience with other visitors. Also the guy that checks parking passes was extremely rude. Again I don't believe the renter was at fault for the way the people that live in other rooms acted. The room was clean and the...

« Just remember you are not paying for the room!You are paying for the convenience to the beach where it will be your tranquility. The front seat to the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. If you rather, sit on the porch and feel protected from the elements while observing nature at it's best. The comfort of the room is where you will chill ! « This is a brand new unit. Nice size for a studio with a king sized bed, a good sized kitchen area and nice sitting area. It was too hot to hang out on the small balcony, but that could be nice on a different weekend!Location is what makes this place so nice. We walked to Reed's for coffee, the Mar for dinner, and checked out the waterfront . . . without having to get in a car. Not too far from the bridge to head over to Atlantic Beach too. Overall, would rent again. »
