« Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly.
Room, Toilet and shower very clean. Tea and coffee in the room was always replenished.
The fan system air and refrigeration from the kitchen in the Beefeater was very loud especially at 05:30 AM. All in all I can recommend this hotel. 8 minutes with a Taxi to the train station. »

« What a great find. Cave Castle is a lovely hotel and the staff are amazing. I contacted the hotel a few days before with some requests regarding my wife as she has mobility issues. One was for the room to be on the ground floor or close to the lift and the other was for extra pillows as my wife has to sleep upright.
When we arrived the staff on reception pulled out our check0in notes and informed us that everything was set up as per our request.

« Host very helpful, room spotless with an unexpected surprise of a lovely view and private patio area..very handy if you vape or smoke. Guest kitchen area/breakfast room fully stocked with with various breakfast items ranging from eggs to bread, fresh pots of fruit, cerial, pastries and even fresh coffee if thats what you desire. I would definitely recommend this B&B. »

« TrÚs pratique à 10 min du centre de York à pieds. HÎtel immense, mais service impeccable, petit déjeuner complet. Pour se garer, demander le QR code pour le parking prÚs de Starbucks à 5 min à pieds. Beaucoup moins cher que celui de l'hÎtel. »
