« We celebrated our 25th anniversary here and couldn’t have chosen a better place.This property is quiet, private and crazy clean. The hosts, while living right next door, were welcoming and informative, yet not bothersome in the least. In fact, we hardly heard them. The layout of the two places provide a great deal if privacy and sense of security.The view toward the ocean is fantastic!We really enjoyed ourselves here and strongly recommend these hosts and the space they offer. »

« We Loved our stay at the Riverfront Cottage! The cottage is right on the bank of the Winchuck River, just a 1/4 mile kayak from the beach. My family rented this location to be our home base as we explored the Jedediah State Redwood park during the days. We capped off every evening with a kayak down to the beach to watch the sunset. We explored the river further upstream as well - seeing fish, cranes, ducks, and so many other birds! My teenage kids adored our time on e river and in the hot...

« Such a cute little cottage with a stunning view. The place was very clean and had everything you would need for any length of stay. There are a couple grocery stores and restaurants nearby that made getting necessities for my trip very convenient! The driveway up is not paved and a little rough. I was driving a Jeep so I had no issue, but just something to consider. »

I gave the location a 3 as it is across the street from the Sheriff's Department and the street has a fair amount of loud traffic (at least while we were there). Beyond that however, it is a great place and we would return again if we get back to Crescent City. Thank you! »
