« We stayed in the Pond House Friday and Saturday night for the FL/FSU game. We had three adult couples and two college students. The house was the perfect size for us, plenty of room. We grilled out Friday and Saturday night, grille was great, kitchen is excellent, fully equipped. Check in and check out was easy and communication with the host was seamless. Weather was cold so we used both the gas and the real wood firepits. Brought our own wood. Great backyard and pond. I highly recommend this...

« We came up for orientation with our daughter. House is in a perfect location for getting to and from campus. Plenty of food and grocery options close to house. The road in front of house is very busy, but it was quiet in the house. Nice walkable neighborhood for the dog. Owner is quick to respond. Plenty of room in the house to relax and hang out. »
