Inside, the kitchen and living spaces feel airy and connected, making group meals and downtime easy to enjoy. Outside, the covered deck faces the trees and creek, with a fireplace, lounge seating, grill, and hot tub that help give the stay its slower, more relaxed pace.



Located in the Woodland Hills area near Hochatown, the cabin offers access to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, local dining, breweries, wineries, hiking, and outdoor adventure.

This property is located off a gravel road. AWD or 4x4 vehicles may be preferred throughout some areas of Hochatown and Broken Bow.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas.

Small events and gatherings may be allowed at the cabin, and a small event fee may apply. Please reach out before your stay to discuss your plans. While we may be able to accommodate more people for events, only the maximum sleeping occupancy is allowed to stay overnight at the cabin.

Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.



During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.



Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.



We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.

We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.
