Designed for families, friends, and groups seeking both togetherness and personal space, The Bear Cave offers the perfect balance of privacy and community. With accommodations for up to 12 guests across three separate cabins, each featuring its own kitchen, fire pit, and hot tub, this retreat is ideal for groups looking to stay close while still enjoying their own space.

KNOTTY BEAR – Sleeps 6
Knotty Bear is a cozy, pet-friendly tiny home that blends rustic warmth with modern convenience. Designed with a unique split loft layout, it features:
- A private queen bedroom on the main floor
- An open-concept queen loft and a walled-in queen loft for added privacy
- A fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances
- A comfortable living area with an electric fireplace and Smart TV
- A private hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor seating to soak in the natural surroundings

GRIN and BEAR IT – Sleeps 4
Grin and Bear It is a cozy retreat, perfect for smaller families or couples. This pet-friendly cabin offers:
- A queen bedroom on the main floor with its own climate control
- A queen loft with a Smart TV, perfect for extra guests

GUEST NOTES AND ADDED SERVICES: 
P E T S : *There is a flat fee of $50/night if you are bringing pet(s). Please reach out to us if you have a special request. 
F I R E W O O D : You can opt for a starter pack of firewood to be delivered to your cabin for your stay. 6-8 pieces (depending on size) for $20. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent. 
E A R L Y / L A T E: We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out (2 additional hours) for $50 unless there is another reservation within 24 hours of your reservation. This must be requested and approved by your SkyRun host! We compensate our team additional funds for accommodating guest requests and coordinating their daily schedules and/or working after hours to help make this happen for our valued guests. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
WIFI AVAILABILITY: Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary convenience for our guest; however, it is not considered an essential part of the rental. Refunds will not be issued for Wi-Fi-related issues including connectivity, speed, local outages, or accessibility.
