This new luxury retreat is a custom built and professionally designed work of art! The Sky's The Limit says it all! As you enter the cabin through an oversized front door, you will pass a staircase with a cozy sitting/reading nook nestled in the corner in front of an over-sized window. Throughout the cabin, you can observe nature's beauty no matter where you turn. All of your expectations will soon be surpassed as you enter into the immaculate, large, open living area with walls of windows, plenty of seating, and a big screen TV. The floor to ceiling built-in gas fireplace wrapped in metal-look large format tile, draws your eye up to the soaring high ceilings creating an atmosphere where industrial chic meets modern luxury. From your cozy spot on the couch, you can watch the action in the game room down the hall through the myriad of windows, gaze out at the pond, or if you choose to walk around, you can access the deck from either side of the living room. As you enter the well-appointed and exquisitely designed kitchen, you will find this property was curated for a master chef! The kitchen has a coffee bar with a  Keurig coffee maker with starter K-Cups, creamers, and sweeteners, a double oven, a microwave drawer, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, (one in the kitchen and one in the pantry) a griddle, an air fryer, and an amazing commercial-grade 6 burner gas stove top. Between the kitchen and living room you will find a wet bar with a wine fridge and ice machine. The dining room has a large table with seating for 12 as well as additional seating for 5 more at the kitchen island. You can also access outdoor seating through the kitchen onto the expansive deck.

Off of the living room, you will find a half bath as well as the laundry room with 2 washers, 2 dryers, and a sink. As you continue down the hall, you will come to the first two king ensuites with large TV's. Both ensuite bathrooms have double sinks and walk-in showers, one with a seat. Heading back out to the living area and down the next hall, you will step into a gaming paradise! The Sky's The Limit on the fun you will have in the expansive game room complete with wet bar, beverage cooler, ice machine, big screen TV, pool table, shuffleboard table, Commercial Grade 4-Player arcade game ( over 6,296 games ) and poker table. There are also plenty of board games, cards, and dominoes for even more friends and family fun (in cabin games subject to change without notice.) The game room also has access to the outside deck where you can enjoy a game of cornhole or washers. Across from the game room you will find the large bunk room. The kids will be drawn to this room to hang out and tell tall tales of their Beavers Bend adventures, Bigfoot sightings, and whopper fish stories under the color-changing cove light in the vaulted ceiling! This room hosts 12 twin beds set up as 4 triple bunks. The bunk room has a PlayStation 5 gaming setup and a mini wall-mounted basketball hoop as well for more endless fun! There is an ensuite bath in the bunk room with a large basin sink and double faucets as well as a shower/tub combo.

Across from the main staircase is a loft area where you can find some much needed quiet respite by relaxing on the fold out futon couch and watching the large TV, doing some yoga on the yoga mat and blocks, or getting in a workout on the . Head into the attached bonus room hosting a workspace for those needing to get a little business taken care of while on vacation. There is a monitor provided to connect your laptop so you can send those important emails or do a little gaming away from the bunk room. Either way, you'll find a private, quiet space to rest, relax, or work!

For even more breathtaking views, ascend the stairway to heaven, because that's exactly what it feels like once you're up there!  The spacious king master ensuite awaits you with a built-in fireplace, large TV, and expansive views of the pond and surrounding woodlands. The ensuite bath has a large soaking tub, huge walk-in shower with both a regular and a rain showerhead, double sinks, and a barn door closure. The 2nd floor has two more king ensuites with double sinks, walk-in showers, and barn door closures.

Outside, there are so many options, in fact, the Sky's The Limit! You have an expansive deck area with a variety of spaces to choose where to enjoy the peaceful scenery, including a hot tub and TV, outdoor lounge seating with a gas fireplace and TV. a built-in outdoor kitchen with a large grill and food prepping area, and an outdoor dining table with seating for 10. Or choose to relax on the porch rocking away while soaking in all of nature. Step off of the back deck and head to the private pond. That's right, a private pond! Spend your days fishing, kayaking, or working on your tan! Roast some S'mores over the fire pit or sit and listen to the crickets chirp and the frogs sing. The outdoor activities are endless! Sky's The Limit is also only a 15 minute walk to the new Choctaw Casino in Hochatown!
