An absolute paradise for nature enthusiasts, our home boasts quick access to 180+ miles of forested shoreline at nearby Broken Bow Lake, as well as a multitude of hiking trails. As a bonus, keep your eyes peeled for wildlife, as our property is teeming with white-tailed deer, black bears, foxes, turkeys, and a variety of forest critters – further enhancing the allure of this enchanting escape.

Upon entering this multi-story abode, brace yourself for the high vaulted cathedral ceilings that effortlessly expand and elevate the space. The wood-framed walls and minimalist-inspired decor draws you into a harmonious connection with the property's natural essence, making it the ideal backdrop for a heartwarming family retreat. • SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES •
Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the home. Please also note that we have noise monitoring devices that do not record audio. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.

• OTHER AMENITIES •
The home comes with improved and high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, hairdryers. iron and iron board and smart TV with streaming apps.

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though! 

2. Do you have a luggage storage?
• We don't have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. Bagbnb offers convenient luggage storage locations throughout, including spots near popular attractions and transportation hubs. You can easily find the nearest available storage spot by visiting their website or using their app.

3. Do you offer daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost

4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.

5. Do you replenish supplies?
• Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME
 - Please note that guests are kindly requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $200 being applied.

- Landscaper: A landscaper will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.

- Snow Plougher (Winter Season): A snow plougher will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.

- Winter Season Reservations: For a seamless winter stay, we kindly recommend guests to consider bringing a 4WD vehicle as weather conditions may create occasional slippery surfaces.

- Pre Check-in Form: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.

- Rental Agreement: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to sign the Rental Agreement.

- Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advance should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.

• Credit Card Fee: Please note that bookings made through platforms other than Airbnb and Hopper will incur an additional credit card fee, which will apply to your payments.

• Change of Reservation Date: Kindly ensure the accuracy of your reservation dates. Any changes to the dates must be requested at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the automatic declination of the request.

During your stay, you will have the exclusive use of the entire home, ensuring privacy and comfort.
