This cabin sleeps 50 guests in 8 bedroom/8 bathroom (+bunk area) adventurous luxury! With a state-of-the-art golf simulator, 2 lane bowling alley, splash pad, 4-story indoor slide, 2-story outdoor slide, 24-seat custom theater with curved screen, game room with 10 person poker table, 16 ft shuffleboard, pool table, multiple hot tubs, 12 person sauna, and all of the luxuries you are accustomed to!

This property is special! It's loaded with amenities and located in a very small development. Even the drive in is breathtaking! Once you turn into the development and begin the climb, descent, and climb again, your every turn is met with awe-inspired beauty. The property sits at the very top of the hill, giving unprecedented views of the entire valley below. We designed this property to take full advantage of these views with expansive decks, balconies, and large, picturesque windows. We've incorporated a state-of-the-art Golf Simulator, an outdoor putting green, and a 24-seat theater with curved screen and custom painted ceiling designed to make you feel as though you are outdoors under the stars. We've built a 2-lane bowling alley in the game room alongside a 10-person poker table, 16 ft shuffleboard, arcade, and a saloon-style wet bar area. The 4-story stainless see-through slide is a showstopper! Take a walk outside around the Slide Tower Catwalk at the uppermost level to really get your heart pumping! The decks have outdoor grilling, sauna, fireplace, and hot tub on upper and hot tub, putting green, workout closet, wet bar access, and splash pad sunbathing, and additional gathering area on the lower one. The master bathroom has a soaker tub situated between a see-through fireplace and a large window for a panoramic view of the valley below. Each bedroom was designed with comfort and luxury in mind. The roads are all concrete to this place, but because we are situated at the top of a hill, be aware there are very steep inclines.



From wild and thrilling to serene and tranquil, you will find kayaking, rafting and canoeing adventures in some of the most stunning settings in clear mountain-fed waters around Beavers Bend. The Mountain Fork River is famed as THE fly-fishing destination, but its rushing waters are also perfect for kayaking, floating, & canoeing. The river offers Class I and II rapids with exciting waterfalls and calmer waters lined with bald cypress trees. If a more challenging ride is more your speed, Glover River is a secluded, untamed, and natural waterway. Beavers Bend State Park is an ideal place to spend the day hiking through, bird watching, and enjoying nature in Ouachita National Forest. There are many hiking trails ranging from 12-mile challenging hikes to short nature trails throughout the park. Plan a picnic in the towering woods with a packed lunch or grab some food to-go from Lake Bums or Local 259 Market to have a picnic at several sites in the park. There are gorgeous views of Mountain Fork River to take in from the trails or see some wildlife, like eagles, deer, turkey, many species of birds, and other animals during your hikes. For those who enjoy shopping and dining, there are plenty of fun mom-and-pop shops and unique dining experiences. This is one of our favorite things about Hochatown!
